My game is crashing when i join Singleplayer, anyone know a fix?

edit: i found a solution but it comes at the cost of graphics, simply use 1024x768 or 1024x1080 and set your texture quality to lowest + filtering to bilinear then input these commands: mat_filterlightmaps 0 and mat_filtertextures 0
what this will do is make the textures pixelated n stuff (basically all you have to do to fix this is optimizing your gmod or deleting some addons)

I'm having the same problem. After some research it seems it is caused by a broken mod. Unless you can figure out which mod it is the only way to fix it is to deactivate all of your mods and then activate them one by one, loading into the game each time until you get to one which crashes the game. This is a pain in the ass for me becasue I have 302 mods so hopefully you don't have as many.
