Yes, I know it uses those NPCS death animations, but I asked at the time I did the execution.

is the modern warfare II takedowns the one with both the takedowns AND revive system? if so is there a version without the revive system?

I think there is an option in the game that can disable the revive system, so that may be the solution to your problem.
