Each pop generates additional trade value equal to 1% of their happiness.
In addition, when above 75% happiness:
Egalitarian pops produce 0.33 trade value
Xenophile pops produce 0.5 unity
Pacifist pops produce 1 amenities
Materialist pops produce 0.25 consumer goods
These modifiers should be unaffected by pop resource output buffs
