Does this system really work? I made my tributaries and they never give me any additional income. Also when I became a tributary it did not decrease my income too.

i can assure you that it works, if it would not work then the Fallen Eagle would not use it, if i have to guess the steam version is somehow ♥♥♥♥♥♥, exactly for that reason i also host mod releases on github, the link to repository you can find in the mod description.
Also i should note that what you give is really small amount of cash, prestige and or piety, problem here lies that we modders lack a reliable way to display amount of cash/prestige/piety you give and receive as tributary/suzerain. I hope this is enough to answer your question. (Sorry if i sound passive agressive, english is not my native language)
I actually have the same problem as Reactionist, I don't receive any additional income from tributaries, even with only this mod enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

cant really check how much income are you getting before Royal Court will drop as currently i lack access to value_breakdown which would very much help me with displaying how much money/prestige/piety are you getting

Hi, great work with the 1.5 update, though one issue I see is that if a Permanent Tributary dies, the now deceased character is stuck in the tributary tab with an "ERROR_FLAG_INDEX" description, and he can't be removed since the character's dead.

it doesnt takes directly from income as that is inpossible it takes the % of total income that is specified in tributary definition and then gifts said % to the suzerain, if you are a suzerain you can see the income you get from them (unless you use mods that change hud.gui)

I've notice the same issue. Basically, portraits do not appear in the UI for caracter search, marriage spouse search, etc... Not even "blank portraits", the portraits are simply gone.

Figured out this mod caused it by disabling each of my mods 1 by one and when i disabled this mod the portraits were once again present.

This is a major issue since it prevents selecting the characters in those lists.

Intresting, i will ask The Fallen Eagle Devs if they ever encountered this bug since they also use my framework

After i conquered my suzerain, who was now my vassal, he was still asking for tribute, and also his heir due to permanent tributary.
This is definitely a bug, as tributary even if permanent, should be broken once suzerain was conquered or lost hit titles in any way.
