tried that and most items still dont work.

Well, everything is ok me here
Isaac's mod compatibility is very bad you know
Try disable some bugged mods? like mod config menu, this mod is recently broken since the last update and won't update any more

i have noticed how some other mods that add familiars stopped working
blightenment, flurry fly and rag fly...
its weird
