Can I recruit after I capture the wild Youmu's .(Two Youmu's are great)
So today I decided to go after the bugmaster, had everything setup perfectly. Got to tower, and lo' and behold your "special addition" was there. I didn't know about this, naturally as there is no indication of it in the game itself. But I am curious how you expect people to approach this...err...challenge? I find the stats you have designed very unreasonable, and many of them are impossible to achieve in the game normally as they are well above 100. For instance... 553 toughness? What were you thinking with this exactly? Just for curiosity sake I decided to send up Esata the Stone Golem, decked out in awesome gear masterwork and meitou you name it. Recruitable Prisoner Mod. Your "special addition" only needed 3 hits to down one of the most powerful characters in the game. Very curious. I thought maybe I need some item to trigger some dialogue and that I am not supposed to fight this character, yet this character will attack you sight. I began to wonder why you would put this insanely overpowered character in such a place, as it would create issues for people trying to go after the bugmaster. As was the case with me. I also began wondering, why this character would even be there to begin with? Is she into bugs? Also the character skin is glitched, both in the bugmaster area and as a new character. Her skin is grey during most hours of the day, but at sunset she turns a light brown. Also, her name and dialogue does not show up or even function properly, same with your Luna mod.I have the EN translation as well, and it's still glitched.I am talking about the recruitable characters that wander the hub. Figured I'll mention this here. So anyways, I ask again, how did you expect people to approach your "special addition"?
1.Information about that character should be mentioned in your journey, it has been added to youmu's recruit dialog and some journey dialogs. (difficulty and position only mentioned in journey dialog)
2.Sorry about the stats, she's stonger than any kenshi original boss. But she is still beatable, the 100+ stat won't turn battle harder, only for no konck out. Try range weapons and master crab armor army.
3.The skin is feature of the touhou character in th10.5 or 12.3
1. As I said, the dialogues and names are ALL broken for me for both your mod characters(Luna and Youmu) with or without the EN translation. There is empty space where there should be words. At no point did they ever work for me. They don't even show their names. On the map you will not see their names, they are almost like regular NPC's that just wander around.
2. Yes, clearly balance and reasonable challenge was not in consideration for your special addition. I did like how you couldn't use assassination on the special addition, as this method often times did feel cheap. But everything else about their stats was ridiculous. I have heard of people cheesing fights with an army of ranged soldiers, namely against leviathans...but ask yourself a question. Is this the kind of battle you expect people to engage in? Do I need to train up a bunch of ranged characters to stun lock the enemy and cheese the fight in order to win? Curious...very curious. As for the crab armor...well I had heard of it, but haven't even made the journey to go collect the recipes for it. It's so far away to get to Crab Town, and to be honest that armor is kinda OP. But I guess if that is what I need in order to take down a demi-god that could kill every character in Kenshi in a few moves(and their sword swipes can hit even behind them)...well...okay then.
3. So you are telling me that Youmu, appearing grey during the day and changing colors at sunset is...intentional and a "feature" even? I press "X" to doubt as the regular character that wanders the hub(and you can hire for 10k) isn't affected in this manner. Only the one that appears around the bugmaster, and as a new character has this affect. Clearly there is an issue here.
All the same..thanks for responding in a timely manner.
Well the youmu armor surely a non-debuff crab armor, but not that OP, you need to beat the strongest enemy after all. It may help you fight against enemies like "Legendary of kenshi" or other hardcore mods.
To fix these bugs, could you put EN patch below Youmu mod, then take some screenshots of broken words, strange appearances etc. And your game version, mod list(normally in mods.cfg) post here. I will try to find out the problem.
