+0.3 tears, Luck +2, Luck Multiplier x2, Luck stat will be always positive.

Counter (Active, Defeat Isaac as Wakaba)
Upon use, Gives Isaac invincibility for 1 second. During invincibility, All damage taken will be reflected into lasers.
Also, this automatically activates when taking damage when the item is ready. Does not work when other shield effect is active.

D-Cup Ice-cream (Passive, Defeat Satan as Wakaba)
+1 Heart Container, x1.8 Damage Multiplier.

Wakaba's Pendant (Passive, Defeat ??? as Wakaba)
+7 Luck, +1 Damage, Restores all Health.

Revenge Fruit (Passive, Defeat The Lamb as Wakaba)
Adds a chance to shoot Brimstone Lasers. Chance increases every time you get hit. this resets when entering the new floor.

White Joker (Card, Defeat Mega Satan as Wakaba)
While held, prevents Devil rooms to be spawned.
Upon use, Teleports the player to the Angel room.

Wakaba's Dream Card (Card, Defeat Boss Rush as Wakaba)
Upon use, spawns a collectible item.

Color Joker (Card, Defeat Hush as Wakaba)
Sets Broken Heart counts to 6.
Spawns 3 Collectible items and 8 Card/Rune/Soul Stones.

Secret Card (Passive, Defeat Ultra Greed as Wakaba)
+22 Coins. Coins will be generated per room cleared.
In Greed mode, all coins will be 1+1 coin instead of room reward.

Crane Card (Card, Defeat Ultra Greedier as Wakaba)
Spawns Crane Game Machine.

Wakaba's Uniform (Active, Defeat Delirium as Wakaba)
Upon use, stores/swaps current card, pill, or rune.
When Isaac uses a card, pill, or rune, he also uses a copy of every card/pill/rune stored in Wakaba's Uniform.
This item does not work with True Co-op.
Tainted Lost starts with this item by completing Draw Five(Challenge 09w). Can be adjusted from Mod Config Menu.

All damage taken will be non-penalty damage.
All selection state for item pedestals are removed. which makes being able to pick up all items without others being disappeared.

Requires Key to open. When opened, Spawns random collectible item.
if not, Lucky coins or Golden coin may spawn.

Black Joker (Card, Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Wakaba)
While held, prevents Angel rooms to be spawned.
Upon use, Teleports the player to the Devil room.

Bitcoin II (Trinket, Defeat Mother as Tainted Wakaba)
Randomize consumable counters.
Randomize stats when changing rooms.

Eat Heart (Active, Defeat Delirium as Tainted Wakaba)
Collectibles spawned by Eat Heart is guaranteed High quality(3 or higher) Items, ignoring Wakaba's Nemesis
Car Battery does not work with this item.

Wakaba's Nemesis (Passive, Defeat The Beast as Tainted Wakaba)
Tainted Wakaba is unable to see High quality(3 or higher) Items.
Except for Damage, All Stats Down per Tainted Wakaba's item. More she has items, more stats down. (Due to API Bug, Range stat will not be affected)
Devil rooms will always appear, and prevents Angel rooms to be appeared.
All shop items(including Devil Deals) requires 6 coins. Can be discounted by Steam Sale.
All damage taken will be non-penalty damage.

Hard Book (Trinket, Defeat Mom's Heart as Shiori on Hard Mode)
Chance to drop random book collectible upon getting hit. (100% with Sacrifice room spikes)
The trinket gets disappeared when a book drops.

Book of Focus (Active, Defeat Satan as Shiori)
Gives Shiori stat boost when Shiori is not moving.
Also, Weaken enemies for current room.
Shiori will take at least 2 full hearts of damage when getting hit.

Shiori's Bottle of Runes (Active, Defeat ??? as Shiori)
Gives a random rune.

Grimreaper Defender (Active, Defeat The Lamb as Shiori)
Prevents death and all damage taken is reduced to half a heart for current room. All damage takes red hearts first and prevents penalty damage.
The effect of Grimreaper Defender will be ignored when use of Sacrifice room spikes.

Book of the Fallen (Active, Defeat Mega Satan as Shiori)
While held, Isaac will be resurrected as Fallen Angel form when the damage is lethal in the current room.
After resurrected as fallen angel, Isaac is unable to shoot tears and grants 18x Damage Multiplier and cannot swap acttive items

Unknown Bookmark (Card, Defeat Boss Rush as Shiori)
Activates random book active item. The effect is pretty much same as 'Maijima Mythology' active item

Book of Trauma (Active, Defeat Hush as Shiori)
Once activated, all tears in the screen explode. Isaac is immune to this explosions.

Magnet Heaven (Trinket, Defeat Ultra Greed as Shiori)
Instantly teleports Bombs, Keys, and Coins to Isaac.

Ribbon of Determination (Trinket, Defeat Ultra Greedier as Shiori)
All damage taken will be reduced to half heart and Prevents death.
The effect of Ribbon of Determination will be ignored when use of Sacrifice room spikes.

Book of Silence (Active, Defeat Delirium as Shiori)
Removes all enemy projectiles in the room.

Vintage Threat (Passive, Defeat Mother as Shiori)
Grants an extra life. On death, Isaac will respawn as Tainted Shiori in the current room.
After resurrected as Tainted Shiori, She gains 12 black hearts, but loses all her keys, and 3 Vintage Damocles swords will be automatically activated.
After Tainted Shiori gets hit once, the sword falls instantly, instantly killing Tainted Shiori regardless of her health.
Extra Life items such as Dead Cat will NOT activate when killed by Vintage Damocles.

Book of the God (Passive, Defeat The Beast as Shiori)
Isaac will be resurrected as Angel form when the damage is lethal in the current room.
After resurrected as angel, -50% damage down, but tears gain a damaging aura.
Taking any damage as angel gives Isaac Broken heart.

Book of Shiori (Passive, Earn all 12 completion marks on Hard Mode as Shiori)
Spawns a random Book item at the start of every floor.
Activates additional effect when book active items are being used.
Shiori also gains extra tear effect when book active items are being used.
Extra tear effect changes on next book usage.

Eye of Clock (Passive, Complete Electric Disorder (challenge 01w))
Three Tech. X lasers orbit Isaac. Lasers' damage scales with Tears and Damage stats.

Plumy (Passive, Complete Berry Best Friend (challenge 02w))
Summons Baby Plum to fight for Isaac. Simply passive version of Plum Flute.

Micro Doppelganger (Active, Complete Doppelganger (challenge 06w))
Spawns 12 Minisaac familiars.

Lil Wakaba (Familiar, Complete Sisters From Beyond (challenge 08w))
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around shooting Tech.X lasers. Lasers' damage is 25% of Isaac's Damage.

Executioner (Passive, Complete Rush Rush Hush (challenge 10w))
Adds a chance to shoot Erasers instead of a tear.
Isaac will never shoot Eraser tears in The Visage, Mother, Dogma, The Beast fight to prevent softlock.

Eden's Sticky Note (Active, Complete Hyper Random (challenge 14w))
Tainted Eden starts with this item once unlocked. This item is unavailable for other characters.
Upon use, gives Tainted Eden Birthright. which stops rerolling previous items. Can be adjusted from Mod Config Menu.

Wakaba's Double Dreams (Active, Complete True Purist Girl (challenge 15w))
While held, Devil/Angel rooms no longer appear.
Upon use, Changes the pool of Wakaba's dreams.
If collectibles appear, The pool from Wakaba's dream will be selected instead of default pool.
Wakaba's Dream Card may spawn on room clears, even it is not unlocked.
