Kenshi
Radiant Primordial Hive
Name - Class - Location - Remarks
Clutch - Worker - Black scratch infront of robotics shop next to the great library (so not the one next to the bar).

Bluerain - Prince - South Stone Camp mining stone behind the bar, or the beds under the tents opposite the road.

Daiko - Soldier - Sinkhuun, exact location unknown.

Comments/Remarks:
Clutch:
In theory Clutch makes for a good Beep twin, except Beep is free and Clutch costs 35k cats, meanwhile you can get recruits like Beep, Ruka and Burn for free or Rane or Headshot for 7.5k.
The balancing is also a bit whack, author states they are well aware of their surrounds, so gave them a vision boost (essentially useless for the player) but decided to give perception to the prince instead, so now you have a turret gunner / ranger without perception.
Considering they are most likely going to be in the base, as they're good at cooking, farming and labouring, you'd still be making use of them as a gunner, not a ranger.

Thus the crossbow/perception skills feel kinda randomly thrown around because the author probably didn't know what to do with them.

Bluerain:
The prince also seems useless due to the skill shuffling, for some reason the author decided to give the biggest strength bonus to the prince class instead of the warrior class, even though they have the least health and no field medic unlike a western hive prince, meanwhile the western hive prince also gets perception and field medic besides the stealth stuff, making any generic or unique western hive prince a better ranger / dexterity fighter than this prince.
For some reason this prince also has martial arts thrown in, even though they're the 2nd lowest on arm hp, if you're going to be changing limbs why not just get a basic skeleton in any waystation or bar, they'll survive better and longer as well, plus if you keep them in base they'll actually make decent gunners too.

So the only use-case is that they can be decent bow crafters and dedicated engineers.
In my case he was also bugged, I could initially talk to him, say I was going to help him, so at first I wanted to explore the peaceful option and talk to his master 'Ruber', which doesn't appear to exist, so I went to the generic slave traders in the town, they also don't sell him, so instead I tried to free him, no response to unlocking the shackles, so I talk to him "hold on tummy, bit longer", no other interaction options, so I figured since it said "pick up" in the context menu instead of kidnap, I figured i'd just pick him up and place him down again once outside the town, literally just walks back to town to "go to bed".....

Daiko
Then finally Daiko, who can be anywhere in the entire region of Sinkhuun due to the author's notes, as a result is essentially impossible to find.
At least when you got pawns that can spawn in any bar in UC territory for example then you can just scratch each location of the list and you know they'll be in a bar and eventually find them, but here since all we're given is a region name, they could be a wanderer for all we know.
Anyway, this is the most interesting of the 3 unique characters, because it's a hive soldier, but also gets 20% dex bonus, max movement speed and combat move speed, more health on legs to offset not having shoes and 20% melee defense (ontop of their usual stuff like 20% toughness and 20% melee attack) basically all the perfect warrior stats.
A bonus to that it also got perception, thus combined with the increased dexterity gain this is actually the best ranger in my opinion, as it will be just as good as the worker, better than the prince, but also having more health and being WAY better in melee, thus can reliably fall back to their secondary weapon and handle themselves.

Closing comments:
So don't bother looking for the unique recruits, they either can't be found, aren't worth it or are broken, the only value you could get out of them is their unique voice lines, but at the cost of performance / randomly thrown together skill bonuses. (except the hive soldier which got the other end of the stick and is basically just god-tier hiver race).
Radiant makes great mods, specifically when it comes to texture work, but perhaps they should've let someone else handle balancing or at least having some 2nd opinions on the stats.
(Shiroho if you read this, I hope you can consider this as constructive critism).

If you're going for a fresh new game (no import) then only bother adding the warriors, they're the only subrace worth getting / spending character slots on, the other's are in such a bad spot that any other race can do whatever they are doing better (vanilla hive prince or workers and to a certain degree scorchlanders and skeletons).

Thank you for attending my TEDtalk which noone will probably ever read.

If it wasn't for Daiko I wouldn't have run into the murderous goats and the half-eaten science books or realize that cannibal hunters have a base there since I never really bothered exploring Sinkhuun before, so I guess there's that lol.

Also have a reward for the goodfeels :D

The North is a lot better place to stay than the South id say, The only people you fight are naked cannibal dudes.

Yea I've setup in cannibal land before but found them to be no so interesting, low stats, no loot, just a waste of time each raid.
I much more enjoyed a base in gut where I could sell beak thing eggs and hides due to their huge spawnrates there.
Also recently started exploring the south more and realized that the skeleton bandits are perfect for training pawns against since they don't enslave or eat you and have decent stuff to sell like their weapons and repair kits.

Anyway the point is, I always basically stuck to a kind of triangle, I went from east vain/squin/hub to world's end and western borders of united cities, so a lot of holy nation land and these were always the enemies I fought.

I for example might have 300 hours in the game now, but never went to leviathan coast, the crate, bug man, seen the western queen, etc lol.
The only place I've ever regretted settling in was Sonorous Dark...

Too much bs to even get to bug man anyways, way too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spiders for it to be worth it..

Yea I revisited that yesterday cause I was on my way to visit Cat-Lon to get his sword before I import the game, fought there a while and started regretting it real fast, getting bogged down in the acid rain and then after the first character fell and they immediatly ran off with her it all went to ♥♥♥♥, I just ended up save scumming and only sending in my best fighter instead of the entire squad lol.

Yea that's what a lot of the other posts said online said and comments on the wiki page for ash lands "just swim through the acid past the sniper towers" basically everyone was saying how to get to ashlands without having to go through sonorous dark XD

The towers aren't that big of an obstacle in my experiences.

I haven't run into them personally, but also didn't feel like trying it out, most people seemed to think they were a pain, figured I'd take their word for it also most of my characters are non-skeleton / hiver, so going through the acid water wasn't optimal.
Then again, I also wasn't counting on getting bogged down in sonorous dark, figured I'd just try to get through it asap so that I wouldn't need a lot of acid protection.

I'd like to think that the reason they got wiped out is due to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ skill shuffling.

Hi! Daiko is at the Cannibal Hunters Outpost (he became one of them). You can recruit him for 18k.
Blue Rain — just kidnap him and take him far enough, and the recruitment dialogue will show up.
