He dosen't have to make arms you know.

There are a lot of playermodels without arms.

HAVING A PLAYER MODELS HANDS RIGGED IS -ALMOST- THE SAME FOR EVERY MODEL, I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I MADE A PLAYER MODEL (for my personal use). I think bone rigging is the easiest part of a pm because of weight painting.
weight painting = HELL
