-make ammo, weapons and medkits around maps respawn after being taken. same with health and suit chargers. have a respawn/refresh sound similar to team fortress 2
-if a player is killed, they drop ammo pickups of whatever ammo their killer is the lowest on. (based off percent of that ammo they have not the number of bullets)
-players drop an additional suit battery upon death
-option to customise player weapon drops on death (no weapons dropped, drop equipped weapon, drop all weapons)
-text announcements on the screen similar to team fortress 2 for killstreaks (milfhunter 55 is godlike! *kill number*)
-text announcements for special kills (bob killed jim with their own grenade!; gaben killed markiplier with a prop!)
-if a player gets a high enough killstreak, they'll become hunted and players can see their outline through walls, or have an insignia above their head and whoever kills them gets a full ammo, health and armour refill as well as a text announcement for their success in killing the target
-killstreak weapon rewards in the same menu as custom loadouts (you could award someone a crossbow, or maybe slams and grenades)
-bind the taunt menu to undo instead of f3, as by default it is Z and that's what most games in source use for voice menus.
-different taunts depending on player model, like combine callouts with combine pms, actual lines from half life 2 main characters if you use those playermodels, zombie screaming for the zombies, stalker noises for stripped combine etc. (variations already exists for male and female player models of citizens)
-a voice menu override setting for clients, including a default that changes the voice depending on the playermodel, voiceless, or a manual override so no matter what model you choose you get the voice you want
-automatic voice callouts for taking damage and killing people (it'd be funny to play as a zombie and hear the zombie make a sound after killing someone wouldn't it?)
-option to disable voices serverside as it could conflict with TFA vox
