It is not listed in any applicable weapons list for any class. So i assume it does not get any class bonus and does not count for any of them?

Feeling wise, i'd say it sounds like some sort of sniper to me. Aka the marksman class.

On a sidenote: can workshop forums not be searched? I did not see any search options to go through former posts easily.
