Eleon needs to understand that people buy their game..so they can play Reforged Eden and moving forward they should conduct their business with the Reforged Eden mod in mind. It just makes good business sense and creates a richer player experience.
Got confirmation from a dev how the DLC will work and that it's intended for SP and coop play and won't affect the rest of the game, so it's just that the DLC is meant to be its own self contained thing and not really meant to be something people start using in scenarios.
RE is free, and I don't want to make people have to purchase something in order to keep playing it.
Vermilion and I already owned several of the asset packs used in the game from the Unity store. Not because we're trying to copy the game but because those packs happened to be a good deal and have models we could use.
But we can't add game mechanics or scripts, so if a DLC item does something new you probably will need the DLC to use it in a scenario.
Then RE2 would require the DLC.
Please take your time for RE2, no DLC, that would be a real deel breaker.
Deliver the good stuff the right way!
RE is the reason EGS is still living... point.
I like the DLC, gonna try it of course!
Will not be the thing for my server... RE2 is
Cant wait to see your RE2 guys !
