Offworld Grave - Stuck

I am on the mission Offworld grave at the Titanomachy part, kill 2 bombers.
Problem is my ship has killed a bomber before i made it back so i did not get credit for that and am stuck at 1/2 bombers.

Ideas?
This is in SP RE if that affects the answer

Open the PDA and select the mission task you're on. Click the little box next to the objective to manually complete it.

Thanks for that.
Upon logging back in to try this the bombers respawned, even though i had moved to a nearby resource before logging out, and i was able to complete mission.
