Most likely the attributes will be configurable in ItemsConfig.ecf. as is the case with other turrets and weapons. Make a backup of this file before changing it.
To find the turret, you can get its item ID in game using the console. Type "di" (no quotes) into the console. This will put a small debugging window up in the corner of your screen. Look directly at one of the turrets - the item ID will be included in the information in the window.
Search for that ID in the ItemsConfig.ecf file.
I believe the ice asteroids behave differently from other asteroids in the game, so I assume these turrets do not function like other drills in the game. If this is true, simply try modifying the damage on them.
However if the ice asteroids do work somehow like a normal asteroid, you would need to increase the Radius instead.
Dont do any testing on a save you care about. Use the in-game backup feature to make a copy of your save, or a make a new save completely to do any testing until youre sure it works or not.
Good luck!
Did you get this to work? Also did you ever try out the automatic ice mining drills? Mine don't work.
