Xeno formations
It looks like the xeno formations are no longer spawning on crystaline moons? The new decoration scheme makes it difficult to say for sure, but so far I haven't spotted any. I thought I spotted one on a barren moon, but I wasn't in a position at the time to take advantage of it, and I haven't come across any since. Is there a more-reliable spot for these to show up?

If you are just trying to farm Xeno for your engineering quest: I usually go to an "Abandoned Assembly Yard" POI. It's very easy to cheese and take out the core from the outside of the base and then you can use an SV to salvage the Xeno material inside.
