Since when are casinos part of the pirate faction instead of syndicate? Can no longer do the heist without starting a war.

Syndicate has always been pirate.

This is strange, because I remember wondering why the casinos had a slightly different faction color than the pirate stations around it, when I first played this mod years ago. I was also allied with the pirates due to fighting zirax.

I also remember being allied with the Kriel due to fighting Zirax, but in my current playthrough I am still hostile with them even after getting all other factions to honored by fighting Zirax.

This can be another case of misremembering stuff, because the game changed so much over the years, but it is weird because I am remembering it so vividly
