As far as i know, only Cao Chun was Cao Ren's brother. Cao Xiu was a distant relative of an unknow father. I think it will be better for him to be a brother of Cao Hong. As both of them were distant relatives of Cao Cao.

Also, Cao Ding (the eunuch that appears in Moh) was an uncle of Cao Cao and Cao Hong. Again, dont know exactly what type of uncle. Maybe Cao Ding could be a son of Cao Jie, and then he will be a distant uncle of Cao Cao and Cao Hong.
