The portraits for NFA leaders appear to be missing for me, including Mordacq, the king, and Petain (which is bizarre because he has the right portrait when the game starts). The leaders of Westafrika and Switzerland also lose their portraits midway through the game.

The HoS/HoG display UI for Germany, Canada, Romania, etc. are broken too, as all the portraits (Wilhelm II, Franz von Papen, etc.) are replaced by Chekhivsky's from Ukraine, with the sole exception of Codreanu who has the right portrait.

I tried to disable every other mod including music and graphic mods, with only KX and GSE running, the same bug still occurs. I saw someone else mentioning the same problem on Reddit but with barely any reply.

It seems like for most people (including the developer of the mod) this is not a problem. Has anyone else ran into the same issue and how does one fix it?
