I think these guys throwing grenades when disoriented counts as a bug, right? Learned that one the hard way.

Right you are, should be fixed now.

Probably happened because they don't actually use grenades like other Advent guys, they instead use an ability, like the Andromedon with his acid blob, which just so happens to be what i used as a base for their grenade abilities, and it just so happens that the Andromedon can use his acid blob ability even if he is disoriented.
Minor typo in the Elite autopsy: End of the first sentence has "increse" instead of "increase".

Minor typo in the Captain autopsy: First sentence has 2 uncapitalised i's.

The shotguns seem to be classified as rifles. Not a major bug just means anyone using something like the XSkin mod needs to toggle the Category option off for reskinning other shotguns.
Don't know if this is a bug, but I couldn't craft the better vest because it said it required a 'hazmat suit' even though I had a dozen lead lined suits in my inventory.

@Space_Waster I got that as well. Keeps saying I'm missing a Hazmat Vest, but I built over a dozen. Checked the inventory and it says "-" for them, but if I go to the Black Market it shows how many I have. Also when I equip one it doesn't show the amount, only shows two Hazmat Vests. May try to equip more. I did manage to build two of the hazmat vests, so there's that.
These enemies have an invisible name plate. It is only after I use F1 to look at their names that i know what they are.
