1) this is either a png image or something very similar to a nude
2) it moves by itself, but simple NPCs do not react to this figure
3) I will say one thing, the experiments will continue...

i read other discussions some say when they kill this black guy the game crashes.....

I think it's some sort of png style photo so the npc's don't react to them

another glitch (this is if you have a 3d next-box) it sees someting at first floor. it was by the elevator.

idk if its a glitch, it vaires around the first floor.
