Statistics
+17% damage
+30% reload time
-can shoot 6 times before needing to reload clip(not semi-automatic)
-shows laserbeam where aimed

you still have to use the bolt action, but the clip is another limitation

shoot reload, shoot reload, shoot reload, shoot reload, shoot reload, shoot reload, replace clip, repeat(because people don't seem to understand the mechanic)

There's already a laser dot when you scope so a beam isn't much different with the exception of higher visibility...

I cut the damage bonus to 17%(175.5 on headshot, rounded down to 175)

+Cause bleeding if you don't do a mortal bodyshot or More Ammo (30 or more)
-Slower Fire Rate
-More vulnerabilty to explosions or bullets

it's underpowered needs +10000000000% fire rate infinite ammo and 1 hit kills (Valve makes the stats noob)

Well I do think we need a weapon like this. So... Yeah I'm good on the stats here. I mean they're not too bad and not too good. So. I'm alright.

How about

-Can't unscope without shooting?

When zoomed in: 5% more charge rate,
On every headshot: be dault a crit/minicrit like all other snipers...
Has a CLIP: 5 shots per clip, 15% faster reload.
High recoil when not zoomed in (hip fire)

Looks good anyways, Very nice design.
