+25 damage is a little too much, coz then, you will see a team full of snipers kamikaze their way to the enemy :/

On full charge: Show visible laser
On headshot: Do not unscope, +66% charge refunded
-10% damage

What does it do? well, it allows for quick, successive hits, kinda like the hitman, but without the silly charge bar.

I think, with the laser and all, VALVe are more likely to make it a reskin of the Hitman's heatmaker than anything else. But I think, personally, that the sniper needs something dedicated to MvM. Maybe it could have an effect where maybe the laser blinds robots you aim at or something, or the muzzle could give bonus damage to giant robots/tanks. Something to think about.

Well, a sniper rifle that's worse at shooting when scoped in is a completly awful idea. And I have no idea what you mean with "Laser works with 100% accuracy hip-fire crosshair".

He means the bullet goes exactly where the laser is showing, basically, the same as usual but with a laser and a crosshair.

"+100% accuracy on hip fire"
ALL Sniper-rifles in TF2 have that anyway.

This actually sounds pretty good, i would deffinetly use this weapon if it had these stats

How about this stats:

+ Is Collecting Heads.
+ An Headshot kill gives you 1 crit each.
+Deals Minicrits on people who haves any poison,bleeding,mad milk etc.

- each bodyshot degreases 1 crit.
- -15% damage penalty
- 10% slower charging

i dont know if tha weapon would be overpowerd or just weak with this stats tell me what would you add to my stat ideas or what do you dont like from the stats.

i think that the mini crits on people who have madmilk makes scene but bleeding and poisin realy dont

the rifle has a smg's clip. Maybe it could fire many rounds (maybe 10) with out unscoping, and then reload. Too many of you are thinking about the Hitman's Heatmaker. (I hate reskins)
