idea: When your playing as a non-aligned nation you can set a Regency Council over your puppet

Sandbox version would be great

You shouldnt be able to do the same decision twice, like there should be a rule where you cant appoint a military state if the current leader is a military state. Also this should be available only to a certain level of puppets (maybe like colony or less), and there should be a startup option to disable ai from doing these decisions

@lucianrules AI currently does not do this, but had plans to implement AI to do it. And also correct the availability of a decision once it has been selected.

Zhukov (who's first name is spelt wrong in the mod) should have the "retired officer" trait, and so should any general appointed. When will the next update be and will it include the changes with Patton and MacArthur?

Road to 56 adds different flag types for each French Monarchy path, I believe the one you currently use is of the legitimists path. Road to 56 adds the Napoleonic flag and I could be wrong but I think one for the Orleanists as well

I think also just allowing the Monarchists to use the normal French flag would be nice too

i'd suggest Italian and American puppets, like MacArthur for Japan and Patton for Bavaria, as an example, idk who for italian puppets

General idea: Military and civilian generic leaders (i.e. the occupation leaders and the others) should be a targeted decision to make it work with other mods that add in new releasable nations.

Also, Nationalist China should be able to instate NRA Occupation as their generic military council for their puppets

Minor nations should also be able to choose one of their generals as puppet leader or just military junta
