Thoorn, I guess you dont understand that its impossible for a misc or hat to have a stat -_-. Learn some TF2 bro.

i think if it was an item it should just replace the shotgun (part 1 ) and the other half onto a cosmetic slot(part 2)

This is a cosmetic item and not the book or pyro goggles so no stats

They could apply it to be a weapon, aka like how the soldier how the soldier's secondary is mainly built off support items that add to the look of his character(like conch & buff). This can be seen also with the medic's quickfix V.S. Default medigun and even the sniper's back has misc too techniqually. Therefore it could be easily a secondary. Only issue is that allowing the pyro to jump higher is like giving a scout a health boost with a flamethrower....

They removed all of the buffs for item sets, so...
