So far I've gotten:

-If you move, you gain more health (Let's play a game #1)
- +200 armor
-Meteorites fall from the sky
-tornadoes spawn
-Just nothing
-The block explodes in a fireball
-Everyone hates you (All NPCs are hostile, I assume, but it did not work with Background NPCs)
-A Wendigo spawns (Let's play a game #2) (I assume you need the addon)
-If you jump, you die (Let's play a game #3) (it will kill you if you fall as well)
-Your jumps are super high (Let's play a game #4)
-To the Moon or Mars? (makes you go flying into the air)
-block turns into a random object
-a bolt of lightning strikes the area where the block just was
-a black hole spawns
-Now you are a fish (you take damage if you aren't underwater)
-a hostile metrocop spawns (unsure of this one)
-gravity is increased significantly, permanently, even on map switch (Let's play a game #5)
-the box explodes with the force of a nuclear bomb
-spawns a bunch of armed NPCs (Let's play a game #6) (they're probably supposed to be hostile, but for some reason they weren't for me)
-You die
-poison gas is released over the whole map
-nothing happens at all (but without a message saying "Just nothing")
-Feel like an astronaut (low gravity)
-If you move you die (Let's play a game #7)
-Feel like a shashlik (you start burning)
-Your bones are broken (seems to do nothing?)
-You gain a random weapon (sometimes seems to attempt to give you weapons from addons you don't have, if you look at the console)


There seem to be many "Let's play a game" ones that don't appear to do anything, but I might not be observant enough lol.
