Dynamic Flashlight
How is this different from the default flashlight?
I've looked over the description twice and I have no idea what makes this flashlight any different from Half-Life 2 and Garry's Mod's projected texture flashlight. It already casts dynamic shadows without any flashlight addons installed, even in first person, although that may be difficult to notice due to the objects casting shadows often getting in the way of seeing them. The provided screenshots don't seem to look any different to how the normal flashlight looks, at least not in any noticeable way, either.

it's mostly improvements to the third-person flashlight, which isn't that great in vanilla GMOD due to not really being needed. When you play with friends, or use a 3rd person camera, the vanilla flashlight kinda sucks.
this one makes it not suck.
