Implement the un4seen BASS library[www.un4seen.com], so that mods can use a variety of urls with multimedia content, such as youtube, or an online radio.

This would expand the gameplay with the boombox of NEEDS or any musical item in an incredible way.

- I thought it could be implemented in a mod, but doing it from lua for barotrauma would allow any mod to make use of it.
