OK OK-so you made a map from a video game. You must remember that some of us play the city building element of this great game. So at least have one two-way street into the starting square that leads to the edge of the map. Yeah you mappers are so proud for your work, but if I need to open your map and the starting area has no way for cims to move into, I am forced to open your map into the map editor-I will give you no stars. You want stars don't you?
