Have you tried with all addons disabled? Except BSMod and dropkick mod of course.

Sometimes it helps me to find out which addon conflicts with others by disabling the last installed addon with the same or similar features.

If you get any error messages in the console, please paste them in here.

Btw, some people have reported that trying to killmove nextbots causes issues, probably VJ SNPCs too.
