{Can't start map with friend}
when we make a private lobby and start the map it always crashes one of us when it loads up. anyone know how to fix this problem?

Same issue here, the person who joined always crashes, and if the host tries to leave the match it also crashes their game

Delete the map and redownload, I was having the same issue and this fixed it for me and my friend!

had the same issue.
There was an update like yesterday or so, so your friend and you probably don't have the same version.
Go to steam's seting<download<clear cache, and when you'll reconnects, the update will instal automaticly. If it doesn't work, you'll have to delete and redownload.

Update: unsubscribing from the map and downloading it again seemed to fix it. Me and friend were able to play it.

If the problem still happened there is an easy fix, enter the game with your friend and start the map, if your friend got kicked out, let him join you again, he probably gonna be spectating you, you only need is pause the game then go down to the option (restart the map). :steamthumbsup:
