Balance Ideas

(No, Nappa can't turn into a Super Saiyan. He's trying his best to train though!)

Make his moves do a bit more damage, i think he is a bit weak at this point.

I'm away from my PC atm but I'll see what I can do to buff his moves up. Are there any moves in particular you feel could be a bit meatier damage-wise?
