Started a new playthrough with a lot of mods including The Stars Above recently. After going through pre-hardmode and unlocking some stuff, I enabled 5 points worth of bonuses and called it a day for a while. Later on, I realized that the Tier 2 perk I enabled was disabled, without its cost reduced from the bar. Now, if I disable everything, I still have a permanent 2/5 points used, which makes no sense. "Reset selection" does nothing to fix this issue, as well.
