Bug
The stars above not displayed in the mod list, but technically downloaded and i cant to connect to the server because of it.

Can you check if you are still Subscribed to the mod on the steam page?
Unsubscribing should allow you to re-download the mod and fix the issue you are having.

edit: Just went to read comments and seems more people are having this issue than expected, just unsubscribe on the steam page if you want to disable it until the in-game version is fixed.
