A warning to new players

Diseases and childbirth are alot more scary in this game. In vanilla, I never ever had to worry about smallpox or my wife dying in childbirth.

In my current SoW game, it's 1368 and my entire dynasty now has the bubonic plague.

Have you tried counteracting this with "Less Old Wives", "More Babies For Counts and Dukes" and "Doctor Tweak"

They are all made by the same modder, and all increase birth/survival.
