I recently started using this mod and it's great work so far. I haven't had too many issues except one minor mod incompatibility and I enjoy the new-found depth.

However, for the past 15 years in a row, my Bohemian kingdom has been struck by constant smallpox plagues and I'm not sure from where since there's not a way to track spread outside of checking every county.
I'm thinking it could be the tribal territories near me, where their lower sewage edicts can result in the occasional plague for them but if it hops the border into my feudal lands it becomes much worse (higher pop numbers perhaps?).

Is there a way to prevent this outside of keeping order and sewage at max(which I already do)?
