Unsubbed but still there

I unsubbed the mod because I wanted to level up my character before facing them and still I bumped into one of those guys please help me how can I get rid of them?

uncheck the esp file in the launcher.

It's a great mod but I wanted to get rid of it to level up my character and not having to deal with those guys yet :)
