It doesnt show the tools itself

I have tried installing and reinstalling the mod and enableing and disableing but the tool doesnt show itself so i cant use it, what should i do?

Maybe because the Gokakyu mod is also enabled

if you change every gokakyu to meteorstrike in the main.lua you can have both mods active

its not showing up for me either, i dont have goku
