also, where do you build the ragnarrok? i built the wavegun in pap, but the table over at phd says i need additional parts still.

@Dakota It's in Spawn. and there shouldn't be no bugs with that. if it is bugged, just restart and you should be good!

after getting the free perk you have no more perk limit
