Ask that mod's dev to code their mod better so it only works on regular Dark Esau rather than any entity with Dark Esau's id

I asked him,but he says this:
"My mod's code affects Dark Esau by searching for its EntityType. I imagine Alter Fiend uses a subtype of that EntityType. So no, that's not possible. Just don't use the mods together."

Just now said this to him:
"Oh,In a greed run with Azazel,when I got hit by Altar Fiend when this mod is on,It destroyed my holy shield I have,gave me 3 broken hearts,& disappeared. Before that it charged at enemies. So I think Altar Fiend is fine with Friendly Dark Esau mod,just have to dodge him all the time."

This is a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and lazy argument, they can just check for the entity subtype in their mod to make sure it matches regular Dark Esau's.

It is a really stupid argument too, saying "they must use a different subtype to handle their effects", and "I can't check for the subtype, that would be impossible". Like how do they think the Praying Altar Fiend and Haunted Apparition work without breaking each other or Dark Esau, lmao.

But hey,I like how the Friendly Dark Esau mod makes Altar Fiend friendly,as she runs over enemies when there are any. But she can still touch me,while adding 3 broken hearts and disappearing.
