Nextbot Secondaries do not work?

When the Nextbots run out of ammo on their main weapon, they switch to secondary, which doesnt work. They just do not fire it, and they just stare. Navmesh is on, and No_AI is off. (And before anybody says that they need ammo, in the original game itself, most secondaries had unlimited ammo.)
