Report a translation problem
Regarding that last paragraph, I was flirting with the idea of folding it into the new giddy up 2, whether that be based on your code with your permission or just rebuilt from the ground up original work.
Thanks ^^ I am ok, but have a 'long time coming' medical-thing coming up in the summer that already steals time / focus ^^
I actually thought the same thing ^^ it would be a nice fit / I know there were rare visual issues in the past, when AG was knew I had to talk to Roolo to figure out rider/gear overlap etc. that would likely be easy to resolve if similar things come up, if it is the same codebase
I would be very glad if you integrate it / keep the mod alive and feel free to use/re-use/re-work the code (same with my other mods), if I had the time I would have put the source with the package anyway (I would just want to clean it up properly etc. so that it is an actualy improvement over decompiling, but I never really got to that ^^)
Would be interesting if there is another easy way to have the gear even without the tags (not sure if there could be a performance gain with another solution, but maybe it is not worth the trouble, now that a bunch of gear is around, even now, GiddyUp could just pick up on the tags and then renders etc. once it sees them and sees that AG is not around. Without any hard refs)
The RPGInv-stuff mentioned above did not seem to make any difference for me aswell, at least in a quick test, so I think it is no longer needed.
Otherwise the only things currently on the list for AG (other than the HugsLib stuff etc.) are
- new BodyDefs (Pokeworl, Biomes prehistoric, Alpha animals, Animal Extended)
- RPG-Inventory weirdness people are reporting + some smaller things
- a preset outfit setting for each animal type (feature)
- spawning raid-animals with gear (feature)
I will try to go through it this week, to see if I can maybe fix up the current AG still.
