how do you even get the mod to work?
i just pressed enable mods and the units were still big and not 1 person.

Dunno, probably u have some mods, which modify same file? If u have some mods, like unit's pack, or something like that - u need turn it off.

Before starting the game - delete the file used_mods.txt in the game directory. If it does not help, then you need to clear the folder with scripts.
