If the mod isn't working for ya'll, try deleting any other nsfw mods you have installed, it should work then - game seems to uninstall the mod if you have another installed(For instance, having Lusting of Isaac with this mod makes it delete this one on startup)

If it still doesn't work, either download the mod through the mediafire link, or subscribe to the mod then find the mod in ProgramFilesx86 -> Steam -> steamapps -> workshop -> content and put it in Isaac's mod folder by hand
