Need help when enter the world an error happens

When i want to reload this mod, it says "Terraria.Modloader.Exceptions.RecipeException: A recipe without any result has been added", so im guessing a recipe doesent work (if it somehow helps its on v1.3 Tmodloader 64bit)

No Modded Boss summons?

I have Echoes of the Ancient, Secret of the Shadows, Qwerty's, and Vitality mods but none of the boss summons appears with Mutant after defeating the modded bosses? Is there a config setting I'm missing, does this mod not support those mods, or is there something else wrong?
