Unable to get Energizers

Just spent over an hour trying to get any energizers. I tried both using all 10 spawners at once, as well as activating them one by one. All to no avail, not a single time has any energizers been awarded to me. Tried mostly with Betsy's Dragon Eggs Trays. Am I doing something wrong?
