fargoiltas v.3.2.1 required for other Fargo mods to work

My tModLoader updated Fargo Mutant to v3.2.1.1, but the other Fargo mods rely on v3.2.1. I'm not entirely sure how to run older versions of mods but the 3.2.1 download is not available online yet either. How can I resolve the conflicting versions?
