Need help when enter the world an error happens

No Modded Boss summons?

When i want to reload this mod, it says "Terraria.Modloader.Exceptions.RecipeException: A recipe without any result has been added", so im guessing a recipe doesent work (if it somehow helps its on v1.3 Tmodloader 64bit)

cannot see npc's favorite biome, it only shows some code

Altar Exterminator Bug

I used the item Altar Exterminator right out of the gate after I beat WOF in Eternity, and I don't think it counted me as destroying an altar, because the mech bosses are not spawning. I really hope I didn't just bug out my Eternity Mode World. Help?
