Bug Report: When you enter a room, detect a good activated item, get it and make it replace the activated item you have, the music continues. And if get the previous item to replace with the good item, the costume jams until isaac tears. It may because of the continously raise the Epic:OnPogMoment

New feature possibility
For some items, they have price. if player has not enough cost to paid for it and plays specailist for the items seems a little dummy. So maybe it is funny to change the music to paincialist if there is a item but player had not enough cost.

I had make this feature, if there is any github repo I will consider to pull request.
