the sentry was shooting he accidentally touched it with his hand then it melted this arm off. acting on impulse engie quickly patched it up with a medkit and then made the gunslinger. then the led sentry was kicked out of production. BUT someone smart enough made this AGAIN and now its here. or engie just sawn his hand off and replaced it
