Help meh plz
So I downloaded this and it opened in a chrome page; as a .rar file. I tried turning it into a .VPK file as the .readmetxt said in the cutom folder, but it will not change. Regular .rar file in the "my_custom_stuff" folder in the custom folder doesn't seem to work either. Can anyone help me plz?

em im not good with that but i just putted the .rar file in custom and it worked

i think it broke after a time because i downloaded it very soon after it came out
